Shelby Jean Francis

Shelby Jean Francis, age 77, formerly of McLeansboro, IL passed away at 4:24 am on August 11th, 2016 in Madison, IL.

She was a homemaker, a member of the American Legion Ladies Auxillary, and the DAV (Disabled American Veterans).

She was preceded in death by her parents Harvey Alvin & Ola (Allen) Lyerla, 3 brothers, 6 sisters, and 1 grandson Jared.

She is survived by her husband Willis Francis of Benton, IL; 3 sons: Jeffrey Wynn of Morris, IL; Jerry Wynn of Victoria, VA; and Darrel Wynn of Dover, TN; 2 daughters:  Sherri Smith of New Boston, IL and Julie Hunter of Sherrard, IL; one sister Bonnie Bridges of Madison, IL; 13 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

There will be no formal funeral services.

The Gholson Funeral Home in McLeansboro, IL is in charge of the arrangements.
