Betty Fay Bell, 92, passed away Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at her home in Belle Rive, Illinois.
She was born April 22, 1928 in Dahlgren, IL, the daughter of Raymond and Leathel (Irwin) Lowry. Betty was a retired payroll clerk having worked for the Gunite Foundry in Rockford, IL.
Betty is survived by her daughter, Neta Grant of Belle Rive, IL; three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, William James Bell; and two daughters: Reta Ramsey and DeAnne Whitmer.
