Danny J. Smith

Danny J. Smith, 66, passed away Saturday, March 2, 2019 at his home in Carrier Mills, Illinois.

He was born February 1, 1953 in Mt. Vernon, IL to Guy T. and Betty (Miller) Smith.  In life Danny worked as a tire builder at General Tire Co. in Mt. Vernon.

Danny is survived by his wife, Judy L. Smith of Carrier Mills, IL; one son, Christopher Smith of Carrier Mills, IL; one daughter, Chassidy Winkler of Mt. Vernon, IL; four grandchildren: Luke Smith, Levi Smith, Lexi Smith and Taysia Winkler; one brother, David Smith of Vandalia, IL; and one sister, Sherri Smith of Hoffman, IL.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Ricky Smith.

There will be no formal services for Danny J. Smith.
