Frances Ann Smith

Frances Ann Smith, 80, of Broughton, Illinois, passed away Monday, November 16, 2020 in Wadesville, Indiana.

She was born in Hamilton County on January 1, 1940 to Marion and Iva Allen.  Frances worked as a teachers aid in the Hamilton County unit schools for many years.

Frances is survived by her son David B. Smith of Broughton, IL; three grandchildren: David M. (Katie) Smith, Zeblum Smith and Sarah Smith; and four great grandchildren: Laney, Adley, Lexi and Jaxon Smith.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Graveside funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at Digby Hill Cemetery near Dale, IL with Rev. Robert Sefried officiating.  Those attending the service are asked to meet at the cemetery.  Per CDC guidelines masks are required and social distancing guidelines will be observed.
