Kathy Waters Obituary

Kathy Jean Waters, 61, passed away Friday, February 9, 2018 at her home in McLeansboro, Illinois.

She was born July 15, 1956 in Fairfield, IL to George and Helen (Harris) Laughard.

Kathy is survived by her son Noel W. (Tracy) Ritchey of Watson, IL; daughter Debra Ritchey of McLeansboro, IL; brother Bobby Laughard of McLeansboro, IL; sister Norma Laughard of Dale, IL; and one granddaughter Hali Hancock.

She was preceded in death by her parents, son Adam, and brothers John and Dewayne Laughard.

No formal services will be held at this time.
