Violet M. Garrison

Violet M. Garrison, 63, formerly of Dale, IL, passed away Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at her home in Mt.Vernon, Illinois.

She was born February 27, 1955 in McLeansboro, IL to Mike and Tina Mae (Wilkey) Garrison.  She was a home maker.

Violet is survived by her daughter, Linda Gail Fann of Fairfield, IL; five grandchildren: Ethan Bell, Akylia Bell, Tyler Bell, Kylee Bell and Timothy Hoover; five great-grandchildren: Abigail Hoover, Raylan Strumpher, Kolton Bell, EmmLee Bell and Sean Hoover.  Also surviving are her niece, Dawn Garrison of Dale,IL; two nephews: Jeff Parker and Anthony Garrison; great-nephew, Allen Yates; two sisters, June and Karen Garrison, both of Mt. Vernon, IL; and one brother, Marshall Garrison of Boyd, IL.

She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Loretta Fann; and one brother, Bob Garrison.

There will be no formal services at this time.
